ORDER

The petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the jurisdictional Police is the Inspector of Police, Thadikombu Police Station and the said police is also included as respondent No.4.

3.It is submitted by the petitioner that already the civil Court has rendered a verdict in favor of the petitioner in O.S.NO.482 of 2002. When the petitioner is claiming to have a civil Court judgment in his favor, he can make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent shall consider and give protection strictly as per the judgment of the Civil Court.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on the above terms.
