This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul District to dispose the original suit filed by the petitioners / plaintiffs in O.S.No.49 of 2017 pending on his file within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the suit is of the year 2017 and the same is pending for the past seven years without any progress. In such circumstances, the petitioners herein have filed the present petition.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul District, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
