Common Prayer :- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (English) from the date of appointment i.e. from 03.01.2019 as per the proposal submitted by the management dated 10.01.2019 and release the salary with all consequential benefits. In both writ petitions For Petitioners : Mr.V.Panneer Selvam For Respondents : Mr.S.Shaji Bino - for R1 and R2 Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners filed a writ petition for Mandamus, subsequently, their application was rejected. Challenging the same, they filed a writ petition. Hence, the prayer 2/4
sought for in the present writ petitions become infructuous and nothing remains to be adjudicated further in these writ petitions.
2. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
