2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has got his Car back and that therefore, the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
