RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2235 of 2023 on the file this Honble Court dated 07.02.2023 so far as the imposition of condition para no.7(c), the petitioner shall stay at Chennai report before the Inspecot of Police, North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30.a.m and 05.30. p.m until further orders any may be pleased to modify the same as to petitioners report before respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(c) imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2235 of 2023, dated 07.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is staying at Chennai and he has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2235 of 2023 and he prayed for modifying the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3848 of 2023 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
