ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to withdraw the case in Crime No.17 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent herein and transfer the same to any other jurisdictional police station to conduct an impartial and just enquiry, within the time prescribed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, as undetectable case.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is always open to her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
