ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.192 of 2021 and is pending for enquiry.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.No.192 of 2021, based on findings and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4352 of 2021 on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the respondents 4 to 11, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/ uploading of the order. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
