Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The subject matter pertains to the possession of the petition mentioned shop.
3.The Assistant Director, Town Panchayats, Tirunelveli is suo motu impleaded as the 8th respondent in this case. Mr.Rajarajan, Additional Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the impleaded 8th respondent.
4.The petitioner has given complaint on 07.03.2020 alleging dispossession from the petition mentioned shop. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint to the impleaded respondent along with this order. The Assistant Director, Town Panchayats, Tirunelveli shall pass orders on the petitioner's complaint after hearing all the interested parties namely R5 and R6. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
