ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 494 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.31 of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners have filed the present petition on the ground that they could not execute the surety as per the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.Nos.5240 and 5241 of 2015, dated 11.01.2016. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, this petition is dismissed directing the petitioners to approach the concerned Court, for the necessary relief.
