ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advcoate (Crl.) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's counsel drew my attention to the order dated 04.12.2021 made in Cr.M.P.No.5959 of 2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Crime No.115 of 2021. The learnd Magistrate has directed the investigation officer to conduct further investigation against A2 to A12 with regard to their presence in the scene of occurrence and their commission of offence as alleged by the petitioner herein.

4. The order further reads that the report shall be submitted to the Court within 30 days and though the said period has elapsed, it has not been complied with. The Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station, Thirumangalam, is directed to comply with the aforesaid order passed by the jurisdictional Magistrate.
