It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on 21.07.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not furnished already and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
