ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are the accused Nos.2 and 3 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 109, 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.115 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody from 06.05.2015 and the coaccused viz., A5 and A6 were already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7465 of 2015 dated 22.04.2015. Therefore, the petitioners may be released on bail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 06.05.2015 and the co-accused viz., A5 and A6 were already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7465 of 2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 27/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
