O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2025 and conclude the same within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent cheated the petitioner by promising to get job by obtaining a sum of Rs.37,00,000/-. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same was not considered. Therefore, the present Writ Petition. 2/6

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was received and the complaint is related to job racketing and elaborate enquiry is required and now the case is under enquiry. However, the respondents will complete the enquiry as early as possible.

4.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.

5.Since the prayer sought for is only to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.01.2025 and the same is also under enquiry, this Court without event issuing notice to the private respondent directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry in accordance with law within a period of one [1] week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

6.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
