ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.04.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 376 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had committed rape on the daughter of the de-facto complainant, who is a deaf and dumb.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) vehemently opposed the application and submitted that the victim is a deaf and dumb and it is a grave offence.
