ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.334 of 2014 dated 18.09.2014 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed in S.T.C.No.8494 of 2014 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
