When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the suspension order which is under challenge in this writ petition came to be revoked by the subsequent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3166/2018/H1, dated 05.03.2019.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscelleanous Petition is closed.
