ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 447,294(b),506(ii) I.P.C., and r/w Sec.3(1) Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevent of damage and loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.374 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.11.2017 the petitioners and accused no.1 trespassed into the defacto complainant's school and consumed alcohol in the school ground. The illegal action questioned by the defacto complainant, thereby, they attacked the school van mirror and caused damages worth about Rs.10,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners are friend of the accused no.1, thereby, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the above said case and hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners/accused nos.2 & 3 along with accused no.1 consumed alcohol in the school premises. They attacked https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the school management authority and also attacked the school van caused damages worth about Rs.10,000/-. He further submitted that accused no.1 was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
