ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.30 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the trial Court. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
