PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to C.C.No.106 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and quash the same insofar as it relates to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.106 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and quash the same insofar as it relates to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. 3.On persual of grounds would show that all the grounds raised by the petitioner can be considered only during the time of trial. Therefore, this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.Considering the year of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur is directed to complete the entire trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioner to appear before the Court.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
