CRL OP(MD). Nos.5294 and 5323 of 2022 COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These petitions have been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed in Crl.O.P (MD).No.3739 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022, the Hon'ble Supreme Court had granted interim stay.

3. In view of the order of stay, these petitions may not be kept pending, till the passing of final order. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with a liberty after passing the final order, if any necessity arises, the petitioners can file fresh petition.
