No./Pula No.152 situated at Balan Nagar, Paramakudi(Originally Kattu Paramakudi Village), Ramanathapuram District, in the light of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 24.09.1996 and 20.10.2015 and the proceedings of the fifth respondent dated 11.11.2016 based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2016 submitted to the second respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court besides directing the sixth respondent not to initiate any coercive action against the petitioner with respect to their respective houses comprised in Survey No./Pula No.152 situated at Balan Nagar, Paramakudi(Originally Kattu Paramakudi Village), Ramanathapuram District.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners want issuance of Patta in their favour. They have already given an application in this regard on 07.11.2016.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to take a decision with regard to the issuance of Patta in favour of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent will of course hear the sixth respondent also before passing final orders. The relevant revenue documents will of course be taken note of.

4. This Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice, before passing orders. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass orders one way or the other. No costs.
