*********** This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited prayer for early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner which is pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioner has filed the statutory appeal before the first respondent with respect to UDR patta in S.F.Nos.331/6, 331/11, 331/20, 334/2, 334/3, 318/24 and 319 of Rajalipatty Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The said appeal was filed on 16.08.2021. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said appeal.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal referred to supra after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
