ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "to direct the respondents to disconnect the service connection given to the bore well available in the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.72/8A, at Keelaptti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District in view of the Decree and Judgment passed by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate no.1, Usilampatti in O.S.No.168/2012 dated 23.12.2021 and by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 23.12.2022 and 02.02.2023 within the period stipulated by this Court."

2. The petitioner cannot use the writ jurisdiction to execute a decree.

3. Giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
