ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the third accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 of I.P.C., altered into 341, 294(b), 307 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.141 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with two other accused have threatened the deceased and the de-facto complainant with knife and caused injuries to them.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody from 22.04.2015 and he may be released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from 22.04.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-

(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Magistrate cum Juvenile Justice Board, Sivagangai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
