ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2018 and to file a final report in accordance with law within that period.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents in the year 2018 and the same was registered as Crime No.117 of 2018. But so far, the respondents did not file the final report and prayed for a direction to file the final report within the time frame. 3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that the petitioner is not cooperating for the investigation. The petitioner has to produce documents for investigation. The matter involved is a business transaction and the records are necessary and prayed three months time to file the final report. 4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is hereby directed to cooperate for the investigation and to produce documents as and when required by the respondents. Thereby, the respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to investigate the matter and to file a report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
