This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of his representation dated 19.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Hence there is no harassment by the respondent police.
