O R D E R

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The penalty levied in the Show Cause notice dated 2.11.2017 has been paid on the same day by the petitioner herein, as such the respondent may not be justified in holding the petitioner's passport.

3. In this Connection the petitioner is granted liberty to make fresh representation to the respondent by ventilating his grievance and on receipt of the same, the respondent herein shall pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
