ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A10 in Crime No.63 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 10.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and subsequently, it was altered into 302 I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody from 10.03.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the co-accused viz. A2, A5 and A6 were already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.9140 and 9484 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 and 02.06.2015 respectively.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from 10.03.2015 and the co-accused viz., A2, A5 and A6 were already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.9140 and 9484 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 and 02.06.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 05/06/2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
