ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second and third respondents police are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that a notice has been issued to the petitioner herein under Sections 41(A) & 91 Cr.P.C., in Cr.No.224 of 2022 since he is said to have received stolen properties. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the third respondent Police 2/4

and co-operate with the investigation. The second and third respondents are directed to find out as to whether the petitioner received the stolen properties.
