ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.719 of 2020 and to file a final report in accordance with law within that period. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent. The occurrence took place on 11.09.2020. Though FIR was registered, so far the respondents have not filed the final report and prayed for a direction to file the final report within the time frame.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4278 of 2021 3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that a case was registered against the accused in Crime No.719 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and prayed four months time to file the final report. 4.In the above circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to investigate the matter and to file a report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
