This Criminal Original petition is filed for directing the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai not to dispose of Criminal Appeal No.9 of 2014 pending disposal of the contempt application No.1482 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent.

3.It is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
