This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.587/2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. However, the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, to take the final report on file, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
