O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register a case/F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made complaint to the second respondent police against proposed accused for the offence alleged to be committed by the proposed accused. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that an enquiry was conducted and the enquiry reveals that the complaint was made with false allegations and in so far as the allegation with regard to the settlement of benefits is concerned, the petitioner has to work out his remedy before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that the petitioner was terminated from service and the

amount has been delivered to the petitioner and thereafter only the petitioner has made the present complaint against the proposed accused.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appropriate Court with regard to settlement of benefits.

6.In view of the above said submissions and recording the closure report submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to approach before the concerned Court in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P(MD).No.11145 of 2017 is also dismissed.
