The petitioner seeks production of the person of his wife Vinitha, aged about 26 years.

2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, the detenue was secured on 14.02.2022. She had made a statement before the Sub-Inspector of Police, to the effect that she is not willing to live with the petitioner, who is her husband. In accordance with her wishes, she has been sent along with her parents.
