This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.09.2017 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.83 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 447 and 506(i) IPC and he has also produced the copy of the First Information Report before this court.
