This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent from any way illegally harassing the petitioner and his family members and not to interfere with the civil dispute pertaining to the properties situated in Madurai West Taluk, Keelmathikattan Village, Nagamalai Pudukottai Village in Patta No.203, 204, 81, 164, 209 and Patta No.1994 of Madurai West Taluk, Vilachery Village in the nature and circumstances of the case and interest of justice.

case has been registered in Crime No.224 of 2017, on 28.03.2017, for the offence punishable under Section 145 Cr.P.C. and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
