[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking production of the petitioner's wife and set her at liberty. 2.This is a case of elopement. As indicated in the complaint itself, the wife of the petitioner, the detenue is stated to be eloped with the third respondent. Even according to the petitioner, the detenue is refused to come.
