ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 376, 511, 294(b), 341, 323, 355 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No. 120 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.This Court went through the contents of FIR. The primary allegations are only against the first petitioner. Considering the allegation made against the first petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, so far as the first petitioner is concerned. 4.Since the second and third petitioners are said to have attacked the de facto complainant with broom stick and prevent the de facto complainant from lodged the complaint, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners No.2 &3 with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners No.2 &3 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Virudhunagar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners No.2 &3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners No.2 &3 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioners No.2 &3 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
