O R D E R
This petition is filed for directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.387 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent to any one of the Women Police Officials to complete the investigation.
2. The petitioner has made some allegations against the third respondent, complaining delay in the investigation.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the charge sheet itself was filed on 08.10.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. He further stated that no further enquiry or investigation is required in this matter, as the charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
itself was filed after getting statements from several witnesses and collecting materials.
4. Recording the said submission, this Court is of the view that no transfer of investigation can be ordered at this stage, since the entire investigation is stated to be over and that the charge sheet has been filed on the basis of the statements obtained from the witnesses and materials collected by the respondents. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of any merits.
