ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.119 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had introduced the de-facto complainant with the first accused, who had received Rs.46,000/- for securing job in Canada. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first accused had given an advertisement on 28.04.2015 and based on the advertisement, the petitioner gave Rs.45,000/- to the first accused and since the first accused has absconded, the petitioner along with the de-facto complainant had preferred a complaint to the Saravanapatti Police Station in Combatore District on 28.04.2015 against the first accused, whileso, the present complaint is filed against him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the first accused is still at large and the investigation is pending.

5.However, considering the facts and the overt act attributed against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

This bail petition cannot be taken advantage by the first accused for granting anticipatory bail.
