This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.25 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioner and the the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 19.03.2014 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District, but so far, the case has not been taken on file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District is directed to verify whether charge sheet has been on 19.03.2014 itself, and why it was taken on file and submit a report to that effect to this Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
