Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANAND for Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the State to cancel the anticipatory bail that was granted by this Court to the respondents herein/accused, on 28.04.2017, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5431 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. 4. Since charge sheet itself has been filed, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in the present petition.
