Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundary stones in the petitioner's land in Survey No.366/2A2 to an extent of 88 cents situated at Katchirayanpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 21.01.2019 and 08.02.2019 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

All that the petitioner wants is survey of the petition mentioned property. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the respondents would carry out the survey exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
