It is a petition seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, not to harass the petitioner under the garb of conducting an enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the earlier complaint given by the de-facto complainants has been registered in Crime No.1 of 2014 and the same is pending enquiry before the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and hence, the presence of the petitioners is not required any more in respect of any other cases.
