The petitioner states that he wants to renovate and white wash his house property. It was obstructed by the private respondents herein. Therefore, the petitioner preferred a complaint. 2.If the petitioner's enjoyment of the property is being interfered with by the third respondent or other parties, the only course open to the petitioner is to file an injunction suit against them and get relief before the jurisdictional civil Court. The question of granting relief under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., does not arise.
