RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2899 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021 on the file of this and may be pleased to modify the para 7.Accordingly the Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000 to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram Distrct on or before 22.03.2021 and another 50,000(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the Credit of Crime No.15 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram District on or before 22.04.2021 without prejudice to his rights and contentions the trial Court same as to petitioner execute own bonds.
