ORDER

The present civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2023 pending before the Sub Court, Kovilpaati, Thoothukudi District. 1/4

2. The civil revision petition is disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with notice to the respondent as no adverse order proposed to be passed against the respondent.

3. The said H.M.O.P was filed by the petitioner to divorce the respondent herein on the ground of cruelty. The petition filed for speedy disposal appears to be unwarranted as H.M.O.P is of the year 2023. Be that as it may, considering the fact that there is a matrimonial dispute and needs to be resolved by one way or the other, this Court is inclined to give direction to the Sub Court, Kovilpaati, Thoothukudi District to dispose H.M.O.P.No.77 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order after proper service of notice on the respondent.
