ORDER

This is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property, based on the representation dated 05.07.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The petitioner has sought for police protection on the ground that one Pitchanambalam and others are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property, despite the order of interim injunction having been granted in favour of the petitioner in I.A.No.58 of 2016 in O.S.No.27 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Natham. So stating, a representation has already been given on 05.07.2016 to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

preferred, have appeared before the respondent police on 19.07.2016 and given a statement that they will not cause any intimidation to the petitioner herein and they will abide by the orders of the civil Court. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If at all, any further problem is created by the proposed accused persons, it is for the respondent police to give necessary protection to the petitioner.
