ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.785 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Lalgudi Police Station, Trichy District and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready and he will present the above said charge sheet before the concerned trial Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court immediately after receiving a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved the contents of the the above said Charge Sheet, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
