2.These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.507 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dindigul and C.C.No.237 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor, Dindigul District. The matters were referred for mediation.
3.It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the issues have been amicably resolved and a joint memo of compromise has been also filed. The same shall taken on record and it shall form part of the order. Since the parties have amicably resolved the issues, no purpose will be served in keeping the prosecution alive.
4.Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.507 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dindigul and C.C.No.237 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor, Dindigul District are quashed and these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
